I first saw this product available in Watsons. I was so tempted to buy a tube but there were no testers available. Luckily, my Sampleroom Family sent me a tube for me to try. Belo is known for their wide range of whitening products, this BB Cream is definitely an addition. This boasts of Kojic Acid and Tranexamic Acid known for whitening. So what are these active ingredients found in Belo BB cream?
Kojic Acid is a by product of fungi and organic substances known for diminishing dark spots on skin.
Tranexamic Acid is one of the safest known anti pigment ingredient. It was first known as a medicine for controlling excessive bleeding and was later on found out to have high lightening properties.
The combination of two potent whitening ingredients makes this BB Cream quite interesting.

This has a very nice fresh scent that I love. It smells like a body wash or a lotion for me but the scent does not linger after a few minutes from application. It goes on very liquidy! As in too runny, So, make sure that you shake the tube before using your product or you will end up getting a runny and separating liquid and cream. This product has a very sheer to light coverage and it amazingly blends out my skin tone fairly well. I was not expecting that it can actually even out my skintone because I find it too sheer. However, this can not cover my rashes nor my dark bags. This product dries into a demi matte finish and is very light and non greasy. The finish is almost powdery but not drying. Despite its demi matte finish, it does not cling on my dry areas, This is perfect for everyday wear because it doubles as a makeup and skincare in one. It has SPF 50 perfect for our hot and sunny weather in the Philippines. Do not be deceived by its shade name "Medium-Deep" because it is way lightenrthan you think. I love how the color can also instantly brighten up my face even with one layer. On my dry skin, it does not easily melts even under the heat of the sun provided that it is set with powder.

This only costs 350 pesos per tube. It is one of the most affordable bb creams with a high SPF available locally. This is a great everyday makeup base that can truly brighten and evens out the skin tone. The high SPF and its whitening properties doubles it as a skincare product.

Overall, this is a very nice everyday product that doubles as a skincare product. I particularly love how light and non greasy it is and the fragrance is really good.
